    Hands, feet, legs, hips, head, eyes, setup, load, swing plane...others. Everything can go wrong.

    Video training.

    Do you think a vet who is stuck in his ways for years...will always listen to anybody very much?

    That's the problem. Some do, some don't.

    Josh Donaldson has only 15 hits this season but 10 of them have been for homeruns. Talk about swinging out of your shoes. Maybe Maldy should take that approach. If you barely can hit the ball, at least make it count.

    Ok that's cool, they had the pitcher and batter mic'd up! I wish the AB had lasted longer so they'd have time to get into some friendly trash talk, maybe they'll keep it going.
