Nope, there's something else more than just the number shows 20 and 6. Kyle Lowry's 13/7, CP3's 15/10, Jrue Holiday's 18/7, ... are different than KPjr. putting 20/6 on the worst team in the league (if he can). you have to look into other things they bring to the court, and i don't even want bring up his off-court issues. also last time i checked, KPjr. only avg. 15.6 (that's when he's having his best month to up the numbers). it's easier said than done to avg. up from 15.6 to 20 in one year. he avg. 16.6/6.3 last season, finished very strong and promising too, only to come back this season regressed. i can't imagine KPjr are those kind of athlete who would work even harder after them net $90mil. in pocket, more likely that'd be the start of a disaster. ask our dearest friend Daryl Morey his life with Ben Simmons this past year
Someone pointed out Brandon Ingrahm as a potential target and I'd like to see what y'all think. I live close to New Orleans so I watched a few pelicans games this year and honestly he has become a pretty good player. I just don't know if there is a workable trade. Our high end assets are too much to give up for him.
Portland is an interesting team to target, as well as WAS, NOP, SAC, and IND. I see more potential for us to be able to move up in the draft with the Nets pick +package than go for a Brandon Ingram (who maybe worth more to NOP than us) type trade.
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuckin' dayaaaaaaaaaaamit!
Cleveland was actually relevant by the ASB, and then decided that was that, mission accomplished no, that’s when the real mission starts…Can u still be relevant by the time the playoffs start? Jarrett Allen is good, but his injury should not have u skydiving into oblivion…they went 9-17 to finish the season, and I don’t expect them to win tonight at all let’s see if they even keep it competitive
Tonight's games : Brooklyn vs. Cleveland starts at 6pm (the big one... we need a BKN loss here for obvious reasons) Clippers vs. Minnesota starts at 8:30pm (somewhat important in a roundabout way)
If the Nets lose, we want the Wolves to lose too. If the Nets win, we want the Wolves to win. Brooklyn and Minny need to be tied together to give us one slot up.
Not sure why they would trade Ingram, they are a playoff team without Zion, trading their best player doesnt make sense when hes under contract, if you find a guy with that amount of talent willing to sign contracts in New Orleans you keep him. At 24 years old, and Zion not playing to be in the play in if I am New Orleans I am looking to add not subtract.
Yeah I saw that thread before I posted the question. That is still a general thread. This game is important. Either way I was just kidding around
