Thanks man! Oddly enough my blood work came back with low vitamin D and saw bones put me on a supplement. Hopefully that is related and will help. Appreciate the info!
Some people with kidney issues/kidney cancer can have prolonged back pain, too. Or could be a bulging/herniated disc. Always good to have things like your creatinine/BUN levels checked out early because sometimes you don't feel you have an issue until it's in an advanced state. Just an FYI. BTW, I hate the Nets.
big game for the Hornets today at BK…I expect them to not get it done Nets seem most likely to finish in the 7th spot, and then beat Cleveland’s ass in the play-in
Yeah, low vitamin D, which is rampant with people staying inside on computers and phones especially in developing children, causes a number of health issues. Don't forget to take K2 with that. I usually take about 20,000 iu + K2 before bed and sleep without pain through the night. Make sure to get outside for about 15 - 20 min per day with as much skin showing as possible so no shirt if possible (or just a tank top if your a woman). Strangely, i have heard that the back of your thighs (hamstring area) is the best part of your body to absorb Vitamin D so get some shorts on sp hike them up and layout. All things you hear, question and experiment with but definitely try and do that daily. The winter time is tough for everyone to get adequate Vitamin D so supplementing helps but during March - October you should get enough laying out that amount of time. The other thing that is critical is that you HAVE to get enough Magnesium in your diet. Without the Magnesium, your body will just store the Vitamin D and won't actually put it to use. Please don't overlook that. To add to THAT, any single electrolyte (like Magnesium) over a period of time will throw off other electrolytes so make sure to try and get enough Potassium, Sodium, etc. to keep them all in balance. You can just do testing on that to make sure everything stays balanced. Best of luck to you and hope you feel better quickly!
Would be nice if atl can pass up Nets and get the play in game at home. If Trae gets hot and that crowd gets going they could maybe get the upset.
They are gonna win at least 4 of their last 7 (Detroit, Houston, Knicks, Indy), Hawks and Cavs are very winnable. The only really tough opponent Brooklyn has left is Milwaukee. Assuming worst case scenario for us, they win 6 of their last 7 and that probably puts them picking #16…which is still pretty great. Of course I’ll be rooting for a losing streak, but I think it’s unlikely that Brooklyn pick becomes a lotto pick.
the miracle we really need to hope for is to lose the play in game. i think that helps the nets picks down the road. turmoil and aging stars can all lead to the team crumbling.
