From very brief research: Clostebol is essentially a testosterone-like chemical with similar effects, except it can't be converted to estrogen. To play Devil's advocate, Tatis very well could have been using it solely to return from injury quicker, and never juiced in his career. Or he's actually a scrub who's never played a single inning of pro ball clean.
The problem is that his explanation really doesn't add up. You don't treat ringworm with topic or oral steroids.
