    Was the agent in cahoots with the Dodgers? Why would he do this (if this is true)? Was he thinking of the increase in marketing/commercial opportunities that comes with playing in Los Angeles? Still, that’s up to Freeman to decide. How ironic that he ended up not being a free man who was allowed to make his own decisions. Right?

    Comedy and Tragedy:

    Comedy: Kershaw pitches 7 scoreless against the Padres, exits the game ahead 1-0. Craig Kimbrel, who I’m now certain used all his luck in the 2018 ALCS, comes in and instantly blows the lead, gives up two runs, only for his replacement to keep dumping gasoline on the fire and give up two more.
    Padres win 4-1

    Tragedy: The exact same thing happened to Charlie Morton today, with fellow 2017 legend Colin McHugh the culprit.
