Explains a lot about his unexplained roid rage last year. There was at least one game where his power hitting was directly responsible for an Astros loss…. But for the most part, he’s a mediocre player.
Pretty brilliant to line up a previously-suspended PED user as replacement for your soon-to-be-suspended PED user.
The minimizing is so rich. The “contamination” and “minuscule amount” excuses, just own it. You got caught, no one wants to hear your rationale.
Seeing phony, self-righteous players like him and others pretend what the Astros did was somehow beyond the pale always angered me. They knew what the Astros did was happening all over the league in different ways. They knew/know players are always looking for whatever edge they can get away with and that it’s been going on since the game was created.
Hilarious that the majority of the comments are still angry at the Astros for not having any suspensions...
Phillies are really in a groove. NL East race is going to be interesting watch unfold, Didi just went deep off Stroman.
Interesting. I wonder how quickly this technology is adopted league wide. https://www.nbcsports.com/bayarea/giants/how-nasty-sliders-help-mike-yastrzemski-giants-games
