LOL! TLR was using cameras to cheat back in the 80's (with the White Sox, btw) and then completely ignored the steroid cult in his clubhouse in Oakland. What a stand-up old-school guy.
I totally agree with there's always been cheating. What I want to know and you've failed to answer is why has Hinch who has admitted to his involvement loved around these parts and Luhnow who is responsible for putting together the talent for a record three 100 win teams and the talent that should be good enough to compete for championships for the next few years if Click is nearly on the same level as Luhnow not held in the same regard as Hinch around here?
That is a seriously impressive run-on sentence of nonsense. Nobody really loves Hinch yet hates Luhnow. Nobody that I've heard at least "around these parts". "Hinch is a nice guy, Luhnow is a McKinsey *******", while true, is as close as you'll get from me.
I'm watching Phil right now so forgive me for my run on sentences. The Hinch/Luhnow thing was an observation. I like the Luhnow's of the world more than the Hinches. The Luhnow's are much less likely to choke in the clutch, which was proven out in 2019. Not saying Hinch is a bad manager. He's at the right level now, making money managing a low pressure situation like the Tigers. BTW, I like Hinch as a person.
The Yankees have 27 World Series Titles, the Knicks have 2, the Jets have 1, the Giants have 4..... and all the sportsfans of NYC can talk about are the 2017 World Series Champion Houston Astros I love it. eta: please tell me one of you guys has a twitter or instagram account and can tell jomboy what's up
Having fans back in the Juicebox is awesome. I realized it was lame af with nobody in the fans last year, but now that people are back it hard to put into words
Man every thread I go into you are saying some of the craziest stuff. What the hell is a millennial style of managing? The Astros just won the WS with what could be considered a millennial style of managing, shifting, analytics, "cheating".
What are you talking about To me Luhnow is held in a higher record than Hinch. You seem to be a bit delusional.
