Say what you want to about myspace, but I hooked up with plenty of ladies off of there.

Facebook is too much about reconnecting rather than meeting new folks.

Twitter is just flat out stupid.

Hmmm I don't think I fit any of those. Maybe I need to look at the list again.

They should include the quiz whores that take like 20+ quizzes and posts them all up on the front page...

I had a girl delete me, and since then has acted almost surprised that
I haven't been pissed off with her and still say hi and smile when we cross paths.

She was trying to avoid me the next time I saw her.

Some people really take this stuff to heart.

Another annoying type is the type that always tries to look "cool" by posting about their clubbing/partying.

    Actual consecutive updates:

second night in L.A...party at my neighbours´apartment, I played beer pong the first time ever, so funny :)

had an incredible night at myhouse♥

looking forward to les deux club tonight

had an awesome night at Les Deux and Playhouse afterwards... ♥I love LA♥

dinner in westwood, then maybe a quick drink in social club...then myhouse...vanguard for afterhours :)

looking forward to tonight at Thompson Beverly Hills with the girls

really cannot believe that we "accidently" without purpose took part at a music video shoot, while only wanting to have a quiet evening at Thomson Hotel bar :) so great... "dr. hollywood-we run LA"... ♥♥LA is just unbelievable♥♥

good morning everybody... had an awesome night at Marbella Grand Opening & bebe fashion show ♥♥♥

feels so destroyed after partying 10 days in a row ( and there is the Vegas weekend still to come)... but had the greatest day ever in LA today. Shot the first gun in my life and was driving with a motorcycle down the freeway :)

    going to vegas now :)

had such a great time @ tao club in vegas tonight :)

chilled @ venetian pool this afternoon with my sister & we had about 3 mojitos each :)

getting ready for playboy party @ palms hotel in vegas ♥ ♥ ♥

back in LA from the we in vegas... still feel totally destroyed :)

getting ready for key club & hyde :)

can´t believe I got persuaded to go out again... off to Thompson :)

looking forward to partying tonight again with the girls @ playhouse :)

getting ready for partying again... unbelievable :) coco de ville tonight!

    tonight: myhouse ♥ ♥ ♥

had an awesome day at Malibu beach today (surfrider) ♥ ♥ ♥

This is this German girl who, at 27, has never really worked and earned her own money in her life and is going to summer school in LA (for which she got the money from some guy). She is also bragging with her summer fling on Facebook (some wannabe singer whom nobody knows).

I'm happy for people to have fun, but watching someone wallowing in superficiality and bragging with their partying like that is a little embarrassing.

I can understand Facebook and its usefulness, but there are groups of people in various stages of my life that I don't want meeting. lol.

The stupidest thing on Facebook are those idiotic quizzes that people keep forwarding or inviting you to take. I mean seriously :

"What is your favorite color?" Blue
"What is your favorite season?" Fall
"What is your favorite number?" 9

Congratulations! Your Irish Hispanic Smurf Name is "Papa McMartinez Smurfleberry!"

    Seriously. WTH?

    OH HELL YES

I hate people who do that crap.

Why the hell would you need to abbreviate words that are only 3 or 4 letters long, it's stupid.

And they also post profile pic changes every other day of them with various members of the opposite sex, just to punctuate how popular they must be.

I have a friend who meets so many of these criteria. In reality he's just a very
insecure 27 y.o male who was scorned in school.

Sorry to repost - but I forgot to include that they talk up how good Saturday nights going to be - then, as
predictable as clockwork - post Sunday morning about their hangover and 'why do I bother going out'.

Geez I feel like commenting, 'who cares!'

The only reason I dont is because it implies I care enough to read and comment on it.

I don't really see the "Friend Padder" on Facebook. That is more of a Myspace thing.

    ^ THIS.

The 12 kinds of people although I can slightly relate, doesn't really annoy me that much, but these ridiculous applicatoins or personal survey things really GRIND my gears lol.

There's a girl I used to work with that has over 1000 "friends" on her FB. I know this girl. She doesn't have 1000 friends. I'm willing to bet most of them are virtual friends from MMORPG's. A guy I used to babysit when I was much younger has over 900 "friends". I honestly think most of those are legit. He's popular as hell and really a nice guy. Outside of those, most of the people I know have 400-or-under friends with the majority being around 150 or less.

I have several friends with 1000+ friends, some with 2000+. If you're not asking for the names of every single person you encounter at every restaurant, club, mall, subway etc. then going home and adding them, I don't see how this is possible.

I don't, I wish I did though. I would probably be category 13.. the random guy... if you are on my facebook you would know what I mean.
