i don't care who you respect, if you dog every player and team in the history of the nba because your team didn't win.

you don't deserve a reply from me pal.

everyone is saying harden sucks because he can't win it by himself and you're the one who said LeBron did. But he never did

well, he couldn't even win one game by himself. end of conversation.

LeBron didn't win it by himself.
But he could take a crap team as the only good all star to the Finals because he's the best player in the era.

What do you not understand about that? And what do you not understand that a very young LeBron doing it meant he was extra special?

I'll take LeBron on my team. I'll dump Tmac, Yao, and Harden for him.

everyone would dump those players for LeBron. You do realize there is only one LeBron and he does not want to play for the Rockets and never has.

maybe a few people would not dump him for hakeem, but 99% would take lebron

the Portland series had a game lost because Lin screwed up and let mo williams steal the ball from him.

so you can scapegoat Hardens teammates but tmac fans can't criticize his teammates right?

    They also beat the clippers

    He is better than mcgrady

That's not the point. I meant specifically bad moments. Everyone has them

    Agreed

In a close series , that determined an outcome of a game.

Let's get this out there. Tmac never got past the first round of the playoffs, when he left the Rockets or Toronto they did.
So teammates were not the problem.

LeBron led his team to a 3-1 comeback against the 73-9 Warriors. He almost single-handedly carried the Cavs to a 2-1 lead and Game 6 without Love and Irving(after Game 1) before falling to the 67-15 Warriors the year before. He led a bunch of scrubs to the 2007 Finals during his first stint with the Cavs.

LeBron has nothing to prove. James Harden no showed in the 2012 Finals. He no showed for most of the 2014 first round series vs Portland. He no showed in most of that 2015 Semifinals series with the Clippers including Game 6 when the team rallied from 19 points down with him on the bench. He no showed in a pivotal must win Game 3 in the WCF vs the Warriors. He no showed in an elimination Game 5 a few days later. He no showed at the beginning of the 2016 season and got his coach fired after 11 games. He no showed in Game 4 vs OKC this postseason. He no showed in OT of Game 5 and all of Game 6(another elimination game) vs the Spurs.

There's something psychologically wrong with the guy. I don't think this is about shrinking under pressure because we've seen him make big plays and big shots. He's not afraid of the moment. But there's something about his mental state where if things aren't going exactly as planned and as he expects them to, he stops trying and checks out. There are too many instances of this happening to chalk it up as a bad night or a bad matchup. He's a quitter. And you can't build a team around someone like that.

I'd rather have Rafer Alston than Jeremy Lin as the PG of the Rockets any day of the week
    And Tmac would too

He said he doesn't respect LEBRON.

That's the problem with this generation. they respect nothing. At least us old folk respected the game and the great players.

You always say don't play the what ifs. I still don't fully grasp how we can discuss players success when they played in two different times, Hardens competition isn't the same as tmacs

    Look dude.
Harden failed horribly, I would not deny this.

However he has led the Rockets further than we have gone since Barkley was a Rocket.
Tmac never led us anywhere, plus he broke down physically. Getting rid of him was a must.

Harden is not going anywhere. Unless we can trade for LeBron , nothing is going to change.

I think Harden needs a basketball shrink more than anything.

All the talent in the world but mentally he's not there. Talking to Kobe worked for Isiah Thomas, I seriously think Harden should go to Kobe and pick his brain, have a sit down with him. Someone needs to talk to him about how he approaches games sometimes. He doesn't consistently have the same aggression he needs to have.

But his career resume is already better than tmacs

He is the only logical choice moving forward

Kobe ain't no shrink. Harden needs to talk to Metta World Peace's psychiatrist.
