Houston Rockets: We Thank-You Boys, tonight certainly didn't go as planned but the way you guys have played over the last 6 weeks is something we, as fans, will never forget. This thread is just to show your appreciation of this team. To show how proud you are of these boys, given no chance when Yao went down, but fought the whole way and captivated the hearts of Houston fans and NBA fans around the world. Here's to keeping up the amazing play for the rest of the year! Keep playing hard and keep fighting. Thanks guys! You made us proud. Show your support fellow Clutchfans members. a loss may propel us to even new heights, who knows? regardless, i'm not that sad that we lost, rather i'm sad that boston exposed us in such an absurd way and this is a game where yao ming WAS the entire difference. i really hope we don't see boston in the finals without our big man. (yes we are going to the finals!)

THANK YOU ROCKETS!!! Does anyone else think it is insulting to the team that fans left early once they realized the team was going to lose. There are the bandwagon fans. If I had a chance to go to this game I would be there until the end just to applaud them, thank them, kneel to them, hail to the Rockets. Anyways, we are still in first place and lost to the best defensive team in the NBA. If anything, we have discovered how we lose, when we play a better defensive team....
Agreed. Against some teams (Warriors, Jazz) Yao feels like a liability (emphasize "feels") because he doesn't keep up with the pick and rolls, gets whistled for absurd turnovers, etc. but Boston is exactly the kind of team that exposes his lack of presence. Remember back when T-mac was out and we went to Boston and almost won? With this squad and this confidence, that game would have been in the bag. Why'd you have to go down Yao?
That's too bad we lost. It sucks. I hope we can pull 15 straight. It was a fun ride. I know this Rockets team can still provide many more good memories this season. Including late May and June.
