Please provide citations to her legal opinions that are activist in nature rather than attempting to apply existing law. When my very advanced and complex intellectual capabilities were compared to andymoon's cat's intelligence, I felt the need to clarify whether the cat was alive or resting in eternal peace in cat heaven. Yeah, all my other points stand as well. The people that view Jon Stewart are different than the people that actually get their political insight from him. You see, most watch Stewart for the comedic aspect. The smart ones know that it's comedy. The others, well, they rush here to share their latest 'insight' that they acquired by watching a clown on a comedy station. My points stand.
