Look at PositiveBaller being harsh. I ain't mad !!! Warriors are all-time great. I'm hoping we push them to Six and don't get blowout again. Forty damn points, smh. Twenty is NOT acceptable.
James Harden has had the best year a Rocket player has has since Hakeem Olajuwon and this is the crap he gets. Here is a fact for all you classless neysayers.....Golden State is just pure and simple better than the Rockets and anyone else in this world. We are clearly second best....quit blaming Harden for everything and blame David Stern and the sell-out Kevin Durant if you have issues with the disparity.
Yea...lighten up, Francis! It was said in jest as a joke to fit Fallon's 'Thank You' note theme. If you are taking it like real jabs, then that is on you.
Would be hilarious if we win. Only because it would negate a 40 point drubbing and give us home court advantage. Let’s do it!!!!
My bad Surfguy....your comments were actually funny and you deserve credit for a well written satire. I just get frustrated with how quickly Houston fans can turn on Harden. He has been nothing short of spectacular this year and litterally carried us on his back during the regular season and at times against Minnesota and Utah. Unfortunately, we came upon a better team and therefore everyone struggles including Harden. His bad play is more pronounced due to the lockdown defense that only a four all star team can play, so he is not superhuman like usual. Feel bad for him that he is being robbed of a championship opportunity by playing unfair competition due to Stern allowing a 72 win team to sign MVP Durant.
37pts/14ast/11rbs outta keep us within 20... Now if he can add 5 stls/2TOs/2blks/10floppingFts and 1 hard foul on Curry, we'll win! Go Rox!
Watson and Correa have the potential to be better and Altuve has reached greater heights in his sport(MVP and title)
I love regular season MVP James Harden. Too bad his legacy will be ruined by his best friend KD being an ******* and ruining league parity.
I would love to see James playing with a Klay, Curry and a Draymond. Man that would be awesome, but we don't have that in HTown.
Yes but this year needs to be a title run. Losing again to the Warriors would be a disappointment given the circumstances
disappointment? The Rockets needed to play a perfect game, every game, and hope that Golden State has an off game. In a 7 game series, odds of that are not happening. The talent level alone on the Warriors is leaps and bounds above what the Rockets have. I would love for the Rockets to win it all, but I'm also realistic - these Warriors have the talent to rival the all-time great teams.
This year has been too amazing in my opinion for the Rockets to not make it over the hump. This is our best chance in YEARS of waiting regardless of the "almighty" Warriors standing in their way. I think most would agree with my sentiment on this year's team.
