    Just watch, Lina Hidalgo will not allow the bars to re-open because it isn't safe. Then Abbott is going to come in with an executive order to say only he can make the decision and allow all bars to open.

    You all need to get a broader data set. The data above was very specific to the TMC. Too anecdotal. Look at Texas. The new cases per day have been on a sharp decline since early July. Deaths per day have been on the decline since early August, and are almost back to early July levels.
