Hell, Texas' share of the BCS earnings would be a drop in the bucket compared to the overall endowment.
briankagy.. that's true.. it just bothers me to see that some of my greatest profs at vandy used to teach at texas state schools.. but the money wasn't there to keep the top profs.. that's another discussion though for another thread On second thought, you all are probably right about the recruiting.. I was thinking in regards to against Oklahoma.. now that A&M is starting to get good again.. the BCS would help make sure you didnt lose many recruits to a&m.... although frankly, Texas is the better academic school and football school.. so I don't see a&m winning the recruiting war anytime soon
