I have stated many times in this thread that I think it will be a good game, and that Tech has a really good chance of beating us on Saturday. This trash talking (a couple of other posts as well IIRC) will cause me to want to remind of of this should Tech lose this game. Crow is generally not that bad if you eat it with mustard.

A&M self imposed penalties for Franny Gate hoping the NCAA takes that into consideration so it won't get hammered. It's a sign they're worried. Good luck attracting a coach with that hanging over his head.
Yeah because secondary infractions like this are just like the death penalty Just be happy A&M doesn't have a thing for coaches with pirate fetishes.
Sensitive much? Who said death penalty? You're right if the NCAA comes in and hits A&M for failure to monitor its coaches' activities, the future head coach will not be effected PS - I'm saying if there are NCAA penalties a hot name will think twice and that is not a ridiculous statement.
I think you are right on this one. It would depend on how severe the penalties are and how long the penalties are for.
Anyone know whats the deal with A&M and sheep I saw a shirt that yesterday it said watch out the aggies are coming to town, and on the back, there was a cartoon sheep saying noooo. Just didnt really get it, figured someone else would know.
NCAA guidelines state that for the secondary infractions that happened here that the persons involved be given a letter of admonishment. Sorry, but I don't think that is going to have any effect on future coaches and it is a ridiculous statement. You act like the NCAA is going to take away schollies.

I think that the comments of the AD (this will be part of his final review at season's end) indicate that Frannochio should call a realtor quickly.
Well that is pretty obvious, but its not going to be because of VIP-Gate. After the Miami game (before this all came out), the AD was asked if he supported Fran, and he said, "we'll evaluate him at the end of the season." If he doesn't get to a BCS game (not going to happen), he was going to be gone regardless. The only thing VIP-gate did was allow us a possible out to not pay him the buyout required in his contract.
I'm going to be polite about this. All signs today point to a massive Tech whoopin', and I'm not going to flame that fire. Every time I do, we tend to lose.
I don't think that is impolite at all. If you look at the A&M fan boards there are many people betting on Tech to cover the spread. I think A&M can win, but its going to take extreme efficiency on the offensive end because I don't see us stopping Tech's offense at all.
This game should be awesome ~ Tech and Hawaii are two of my favorite teams to watch. I'll be watching it with a bunch of hardcore Aggies so it should be really fun no matter what.
