Gee, would they say otherwise if they want to boost morale in the party? Best of luck to them cause they'll need it.

 

Just shy of 30% of Harris County's 2.7 million voters completed their civic duty, either in-person or via mail, during the first full week of early voting.

According to the Texas Secretary of State's unofficial results, 686,935 took part in early voting last week. So far, 41,992 residents have also voted by mail, making for a total of 728,927 votes cast across the county.

This is a record in Harris County for the number of in-person votes cast during the first week of early voting, beating the previous 2020 record by 58,161 votes. It is also a record for the number of mail-in ballots, with a little over 7,000 more mail-in ballots being received during the first week, compared to 2020. This is approximately 27% of the county's registered voters.

 

I don’t know if Texas will turn blue anytime soon but would settle for seeing Ted Cruz voted out.
