Damn the Horns look freakin terrible! Wow... where is the speed and playmaking on defense? Where's the offensive line!? Geez! I guess they don't have the talent to overcome the coaching like in past years.
Mock has actually looked pretty good, with the exception of a couple of poor throws and batted balls. He has committed no major errors. The problem is with the defense. Arkansas is moving the ball at will. Looks like Mack has subbed in a new running back. Has Benson/Young earned a spot on the bench?
I thought that was just an incredible play by the defender. Typically the linebacker/lineman goes for the tackle, but that guy actually went for the deflection. Great play. It wasn't at the goal line, though, more like the 10-20. EDIT: Actually, that pass on fourth and three right then was horrible.
Over rated much? Damn, those Razorbacks are OWNING us in our own home. What a pathetic coaching job by our offensive cordinator, and our D looks, well.....overmatched? Now that we have a loss, let's please say goodbye to this Chance Mock experiment. Our line is bad, his reads are bad, he eyes one receiver giving away the play, and I am embarrassed to be a Horn right now. Go 'Stros?

I am unloading mine as we speak. Anyone miss Simms yet? Between the people on this board and the ones on HornFans, I would like to hear how they spin Mock's performance in the first two games. Sure the O-line sucks, but that is not all that is wrong with this team. Mock may have speed, but he showed he has ZERO pocket presence. The ONLY time he runs is when its a called QB draw. Mock sucks, the O-line sucks, the defense could not stop Christopher Reeves. Even though I predicted the loss, it still pisses me off, and I will be even more pissed if my prediction of 3 REGULAR SEASON losses (including a win over OU) comes true, b/c from what I have seen that win is not gonna happen without some serious changes!
You can actually read through the mindless drivel that is HornsFans? How? BTW- You can't put too much blame on Chance. He did have over 300 yards passing and 3 TDs working behind such a pathetic O-Line. I would have loved to see Young come in for atleast a few plays, but once again our coaching staff decided to keep their heads burried inside their collective rectums while sitting on the sidelines.
