The only pathetic thing Baylor did was that silly webpage. As for the rest of this, it is the A&M patheticness (or lack of math ability) that caused this whole thing when they declined to go in on the network with Texas. Even if it wasn't a 50/50 split, it was better than nothing. Now everyone is paying the price for A&M's lack of vision (getting in on the Star Wars theme going here).

Mizzou isn't going to file a lawsuit against the SEC either since that is where they want to be. According to an OSU insider, Oklahoma is trying to help secure landing spots for all of the original BIG 8 schools. Guess who that puts on the outside looking in? Baylor who is kicking and screaming because they see the inevitable on the horizon. UofH is nowhere near any of these conversations, unless you subscribe to the idea the big 12 is salvagable, then yes...perhaps they become a banaid school.
That's pretty much how I see it too. It's Big 12, Big East, or the Failboat conference. A lot of chips have to fall right for the Cougars to win in this poker game, and unfortunately we have no control over anything. But hey, it's fun to watch!
