Like this move ... He seems to have a much bigger upside than Showers though he also has the potential to be a big flop. I think this offense is going to be exciting once they get going. The D still seriously concerns me. I am actually very concerned with the first game in 2 weeks. It is going to be a tough game and the offense better be ready to put up some points.
So are they gonna pass every down like a bunch of sissies or are they going to actually hand the ball off to one of these 5 star running backs running behind one of the best lines in the nation? I'm expecting sissy passes.
I think you are crazy ... There is going to be a lot of running from the A&M offense, and with Manziel, there will be even more because there is going to be a real running threat there as well. There is no way Sumlin doesn't utilize Michael and Williams out of the backfield. From what I understand, Trey has just been making defenders look terrible in Scrimmages. Hopefully that is not just because they are terrible
Your expectations will be wrong, I think. I expect the Aggies to be amongst the nation's leading rushing attacks. It might take some time to get adjusted to SEC linebackers, but once they do, I think they will be great.
Well, I suppose if you're facing Rolando McClain and DeMeco Ryans, then probably not too much, lol. But, I'm sure there will be some growing pains in terms of game planning, and things of that nature. I'm not going to pretend to be an X's and O's guy when it comes to blocking schemes, but I do like what I have heard and seen from A&M's running backs so far.
