Nah, they measure up fine (Big 12 being so weak), they just climax about halfway in and fall asleep.

I know that no knows who TAMU is nationally. Whenever I travel, people think I went to school in Lubbock or all they know is that Perry went to A&M or something newsbite about the Bonfire Tragedy.

That is part of my point. Even if A&M cannot compete in the SEC, being the only Texas school for a conference that is consistently on TV and talked about in a number sports, does bring awareness. Sure, they need to step up in all aspects to create a perception, but small steps. I mean they only became a true non-military public university in the 60's, it takes time.

How the heck is K-State getting 5.5 pts at home? I love my Aggies, but if were still betting, I would put a nice chunk on K-State with that 5 and a hook.

My bad, I'll tone it down.

But how come when some one else does it to UH, it's okay?

It's not ok, they look like tools, and it's embarrassing for their school and fan base.

Anyone know what the buyout is on Shermans contract if they fire him? I heard he got an extension/raise last season?

Know is the time to fire Sherman. Line is good. Solid talent. Good incoming class coming in. SEC momentum. Make it happen. Get me a real coach Byrne.

He is one of the good old boys with friends on the Board, so they won't fire him. Probably force him to get an OC and maybe reexamine Deruyter. Honestly, all the ratings say he recruits so much talent, but he continues to show he is just horrible on game day in play calling, keeping players focus, minimizing mistakes, and making adjustments. So delegating may work...

Fact is that the team next year will be so young next year, that they really have no shot to make much noise in the SEC even with a good coach. So might as well let Sherman stick around with a new OC, recruit another highly rated class, and fire him next year.

aggies need a better defensive coordinator. if the offense can't score, they have to at least stop the other team from scoring.
