I think it took a hit honestly. Scouts will worry if he's capable of making a passing decision with a 3sec window. Still probably a first rounder at this point.
thats my biggest concern, he usually has so much time to make his reads in College but it certaintly wont be like that in the NFL. But to that, I see him destroy a defense like Alabama so it is a toss up.

Said it that other thread, signed contracts don't mean anything. He can still leave. Probably not this year, maybe next. Not saying he will or wants to, just that he can.
We have to see the details of the contract. I would imagine that the contract will include a pretty steep buyout. Baylor's new contract with Briles calls for a $5 million buyout. That is a pretty big disincentive to hire a coach away from the school. I would imagine that Sumlin's new deal includes something similar. Getting that protection for the school is the biggest motivator for a school to do a new contract.
