jesus christ, if name calling is your only tactic, you're going to realize soon that it doesn't work outside of the third grade anymore.

This is T_J's way of saying the Clintons have done a lot for the Blacks, who are ungracious collectively in this election by turning their backs against the former First Lady and falling for a rock star (*snicker*) / scam artist.

    Couldn't agree more.

I really don't know why I spent time on this thread when I already know that Big_Texxx is prejudice and is a closet-racist against everything that he is not.

I forget already which of these morons was the one who called him "Balack Osama". Just to be safe, I'll ignore them both.

    moral of the thread:

making fun of obama or refering to his base of voters in any way means you are a racist

No. It's when you refer to Obama's race for about the 29th or 30th time that people begin to suspect. See any pattern?

Casey, you are exactly right. The Obama fans are trying to create a force field to reject criticism of Obama -- that force field is playing the racial victim card. Any attack on Obama is instantly an attack on blacks. It's vile. And it's happening.

Any attack on Obama like comparing black people at an Obama rally to black reaction of the OJ verdict? Pathetic.

Watch the other pattern. There are 2-3 posters who get accused of racism because they've made an issue of Obama's race countless times and continue to do so. They also have a long history before Obama. Do you consider a statement like "Balack Obama" a racial (if not racist) remark? There is a lot more where that came from.

And how do you know if she is made of wood, what does wood do? "It floats?" Yes! But what else floats? "A duck." Yes. So if she weighs as much as a duck? "BURN, BURN HER!!!"

For that matter, besides "continue Bush policies on Iraq and the economy", what does McCain stand for? What are his substantive proposals?

You are missing (or deliberately avoiding) the point. If an individual (or two) continually make an issue of a candidate's race, they open the charge that they are racist. Making fun of a candidate is different.

You either haven't been around here long or you need to read more in D&D. Some folks here have long track records of race-baiting that pre-date Obama.

ive never heard about 95% of those, most arent funny and some of them arent even insults...

he is a 'junior' and its on the list twice.
'arbusto' was the name of one of juniors failed companies.
'dubya' is what he calls himself. his campaign symbol in 2000 was a freaking 'W'. junior would go around flashing a 'W' with his 3 fingers. "im dubya!"
he was 'governor' of texas? how is being called governor an insult? imo, there is no higher political office and it makes me sick that we have had the two punks we have had for the last 14 years serving there.
'liar' - he is a liar. thats a fact, not a nickname. its what he is and does. he is a lying liar. he has been caught lying multiple times - he is a dirty liar. its a fact.

what i didnt see in that long list was any slanders based on race or religion. that is where you fail to see the difference.

i think more fitting nicknames are things like...
    war criminal
    terrorist
cheerleader (which he was, in a time of war i might add)
poser - for pretending to be a texan, arguably his greatest offense. do you have any idea how sick i am of having to explain to people in other countries that bush is not a texan or a cowboy.

racial slanders or attacks on ones fathers religion should not be fair game.
