how about this, if you don't want to be called a racist, don't act like one, no matter what your motivation.

That wouldn't be a nickname involving a play on words, like Steve Franchise.

    obviously.

On the other hand if you want the word racist to keep its pondscum meaning then use it against actual racists.

Maybe they are using it against racist. Its hard to differentiate a racist, a bigost, are racially insensitivity.

Kinda like you having a sig basically saying that all white people are evil and not sincere. Honestly I thought you were Black and I still didnt like you having that sig because I figured you for a racist. Now since I feel you aren't I believe you have some point behind it or may you feel that way about them. Is your Malcolm X signature racist?

    my signature is not racist.

those statements are racist. he later showed regret for these statements, but that does not change what he said.

How is it not?...Oh and thanks for the history lesson on X. I'm quite aware of him changing. But why would you have a statement like that. If that was said about a Black man I'd be definitely offended and would think its racist. So thats why I believe its racist even now.

So, going back to the article I posted earlier, there seems to be two contradictory messages from the High Priests of the GOP.

    or...

We see the proxies on the board going for what feels good to the winger brain... the "undisciplined messaging" and the "charge back at any insinuation or accusation of sexism or racism."

So, we'll see months and months of this... racism rationalized and camouflaged because it's not the direct language of white supremacist Mississippians in the 1950's presented with an attitude of unsubstantiated superiority and presumed cleverness. Still, the meaning will be clear enough... and with any luck the purveyors of such tactics will go down to a resounding defeat in November.

All the people running the current GOP have is negativity. They have to try the Rovian formula of splitting the nation in half +1 and working hard to keep the other half from voting (See Prairie View). They have no message and no policy and no desire to pull the country together. They do have rhetoric and a series of attacks that have served them well over the last few decades but which now falls on deaf ears... and that is why they will shout even louder this election.

It's really sad that so many are so lost.

So the signature about a black man being racist is itself being racist. All of this is just hilarious. If I didn't want my signature right now I would make it about the signature about the racist signature about the racist statement signature that someone thinks is racist.

I love when people talk about a black man who lived through some of the worst racism ever is a racist. hey, malcolm x's father was killed by the klan but he didn't like white people. he should've been above all.

Dr. King showed how to do it. X eventually learned.

I never said he was a racist. I said (and he agreed) those statements were racist. If you disagree with him about his own words than thats fine i guess.

I said nothing critical of him. I said those statements were racist. If you disagree than great. Disagree. I already admitted I cannot understand your system of morality that is not based on motivation.

There's a reason behind you truly having it and my opinion is it isn't historical. But I truthfully I myself am not offended by it. Just wanted to know why you chose that quote.

I have much respect for Malcolm X. I can admit his earlier beliefs were extreme but he changed for the good. Just so happens this forum is centered around racial or political insults and you have a quote that had that type of rhetoric.

I just want to know why did you choose that?
