I like to call it the "Vanderbilt Factor." It works like this... You know Vandy sucks at football, you know that your not supposed to overlook them, you say all the right things, you have seen the film, but in the end you still say to youself... its just VANDERBILT I think that no matter what the Saints say to the media about how they are going to have their heads in the game and what not, they still know that they are going to be playing a 2nd year football team and that they are going to win in a blowout. Thats why I like the Texans in this one 17-14... 2-0 heading back to Reliant.
nah...the Chiefs had Brooks confused...the Texans defense will nail him...particularly if Walker's back. (i'm just guessing here...i don't mean to sound like i'm right and you're wrong! -- having said that, the Saints are my 2nd favorite team...my son asks me each week who the "bad guys" are the Texans will beat...this week i've had to tell him, "the saints are the bad guys this week...but they're not USUALLY the bad guy." )
Let me be a fickle Texan fan ( ) and predict: New Orleans 17 Houston 7 I think it'll be 10-7 for a good majority of the game with the Saints scoring a 4th quarter TD to put it away.
what was funny was being in Vegas last week. I saw people getting pissed. MGM was a mad house because of the Texans. I saw people getting out of control. They were pissed. Especially on the parlays. What was even more interesting was the Titans game. The line was Titans by 3. Talk about a turn of emotions in the last few minutes. It took a miracle for the titans to get that FG and win the spread.
Texans 24 Saints 17. Mack gives the Texans their first ever 100yd game and Andre and Carr hook up twice on tds.
Its so tough because the Texans have to play pretty error free to wins game and that just doesn't happen often... That being said if the texans can get some confidance going the first few drives I think they will hang in the game... jeff from vandy..... the vanderbilt factor gonna get us a win against auburn this week............... i hope
This will be a tough one with the Saints losing last week...I forgot to mention this in my last post, but in case any was wondering... MATT STEVENS SUCKS...He can't tackle and can't cover...God help us... GO Texans!!!
If the Texans get to Aaron Brooks and make him lay on the ground a couple times, then i saw we keep it close. Saints D is nothing special, and Miami's D was much better. That being said 28-Texans 21-Saints
