The Texans struggled against the Jets D. Oakland has a legit D.

I will say that watching Oakland's offense interesting. They seem to want to lose.

    Texans 10
Raiders 17 - The defense will account for 1 touchdown to win during OT.

Sorry Texans. You can prove me wrong, if you can.

why should they beat the raiders?

the raiders have a 1st round draft pick on D like the Texans,
they have a mobile QB like the Texans
and they have all star Wideouts like the Texans

it looks like even teams to me

wow, a few weeks ago everyone wrote this in as a sure fire victory. Now we're already making excuses for them if they lose.

How about this ... a battle as to which offense can suck the worst. Battle of attrition with the D.

    Prediction: Texans 13, Raiders 10.

Maybe Jerome can set us up on offense better.

It wasnt long ago, the prevailing thought was this game would be a potential blowout.

Ugh! Lowered Expectations!

Even if we had the chance to draft him, I don't think the Texans would.

We already passed on some great talent, think we'd do it again.

    Texans 10
    Raiders 24

i hope we lose because the anticipation over high draft pick outweighs the win.

The Texans are going to be embarassed again. The Raiders have avery good, underrated defense, especially against the pass, they make QBs look bad, damn near every week, last week they did it to Phillip Rivers. There is no way David Carr and the Texans are going to go to that hostile environment against that defense and win this game. The Raiders offense is bad, but the Texans really can't pressure a QB or cover Moss or Porter so I think OAK can do enough.

Last yr some of us rooted for the Texans to lose so we could get the #1 pick. I wanted them to lose and be embarassed every week because I figured that was the only way McNair would make the wholesale changes that needed to be made. He made all of the changes that needed to be made, except for one. I now have to hope the Texans and in particular Carr get embarassed every week, so McNair will finally give up the David Carr love fest and realize he cannot be the QB on this team and a change needs to be made.

So you can b*tch no matter who we pick and never root for this team again? Please.

Seriously, folks... stop posting photos of "future picks" and focus on this game... really, college players have NOTHING to do with this game.

How do you see the TEXANS now? What do you think you can bring to the discussion of this Sunday's game?

Please... be more optimistic, dudes. :( PEACE.

You don't even think about Tanking, especially with the number of rookies we have. You have to play game situations no matter what the score to practice for when it makes a difference in a future game.

They were considering taking Bush, but chose not to because Kubiak didn't like the way he ran. Which is right. Bush dances too much in the backfield, and doesn't hit the hole fast like Kubiak likes. The Texans also thought they would have DD this year.

AP is a perfect fit for the Texans.

No need for another overhyped pretty boy QB. Charlie Weiss is making Quinn look better then he is.

aren't they pretty much already admitting they are tanking the season by rolling out the same players for evaluation purposes when they probably should be benched?

Thats what I'm sick of, they need to try and start winning, quit making excuses for losing.
