defense is getting eaten up. very impressed with the Cowboys so far. don't know what's going on with Schaub though.
He was breathing on his own and I saw him cough and say something so that's encouraging. The Texans look exactly the way I expected them to look so I'm not surprised in the least. Over at the Chronicle, John McClain appears to be stunned by the events of this evening.
Considering they've looked good to very good for two games and bad for one quarter, I think you can lose the attitude.
Listen Dude, I LIVE in Dallas. The Cowboys have been getting their collective tails roasted for the way they have looked in the first 2 games. That, plus the Hard Knocks circus has had the fans and the media climbing all over their showboating asses. So I expected the Cowboys to come out and make a statement in this game if only to get Dallas-Ft. Worth off their backs. That's not attitude, that's reality. The Cowboys want to squash the Texans in the worst way and of course the Texans and their coaches were caught completely off guard by what they were doing because they (Cowboys) actually game planned for a so-called meaningless preseason game. There's no way you would have seen that 4 WR set otherwise. Now that the game is even at 10-10, pay close attention to what they do and you'll begin to see the cracks in the Dallas facade. They are insufferably smug for a team that's going on 12 years without a playoff victory.
