Nice clip of Will Anderson absolutely destroying Tytus Howard for what would have been a sack.

Texans have an elite secondary and what appears to be the start of a good DLine.

They are going to be tough to play against this year if Demeco is as good as advertised.

If this defense can keep us afloat, we've got good enough pieces to win some games people will pencil in as losses. Not saying to offense is great, but it's serviceable enough to score enough that we can win defensive heavy games.

Couldn't say that the last two or three years.

Thats the beautiful thing about defense. It will level the playing field.

The old Ravens teams would always make runs due to the easy points they created for their **** offense.

Seth Payne's main reason for liking Tyree Wilson over WAj for Ryan's scheme is how much better Wilson was using his hands.
Now Seth is impressed on how quickly Anderson has tremendously improved in that area. If everything holds up, there won't be another edge as dominant in next year's draft.

I'm tempering my expectations for Stroud a little. I know it is training camp and he's a rookie, so there's gonna be bumps in the road. I'm encouraged by reports of his accuracy. Ultimately if Demeco can get this team's defense to make a big jump and the running game continues to improve, we won't need CJ to carry the team and he can progress at his pace. But so far what I'm reading makes me think he isn't going to come out of the gate guns blazing as I hoped. It is the NFL, after all.

    Linebacker depth seems legit.
Don’t care about the picks for any of the QBs, it’s learning time. Everyone trying to learn a new system

Crazy when you have a coach who can teach guys where to be at all times. You start allowing these guys to play off instincts while not having to think about where they need to be in all situations.

Think we will see more "luck" this year when in reality its just being in the place they were coached to be.

Love that our defense is looking good.

Don’t want to hate on Stroud, but I’ve seen more wobbly passes from him in training camp than any of his Ohio St tape.
Has anyone heard of a grip change? Is the size difference of the ball affecting anything?

This is probably the only one I have seen and it was probably tipped. Reports out of camp is that his ball placement and accuracy have been great and he’s got perfect mechanics
