Now I finally understand why you are posting those ridiculous craps one after another, you probably living in a basement who can't even afford to buy a TV and just get online using a free wifi from your neighbor.
You are sooooo wrong. 1st NFL retractable roof that started a trend and hosted one of the most memorial SBs of all time including an unforgettable USA law changing, cultural impact, wardrobe malfunction!!! Also with the new improvements, NRG currently has the 2nd largest video screen in the NFL (Everbank just went #1 this year) and one of the largest HD video screens in the world. All that said, as nice as NRG is they won't spend a penny on the field to find a solution. That doesn't add up to me.
Well, no one tore an ACL yesterday, so EVERYTHING IS FINE. But seriously, I don't really get Nick's staunch defense of this GOD AWFUL field. It's Week 1 and visiting teams are already complaining about it. Did any other visiting team complain about the home team's turf yesterday? Is any other team currently being sued because of the turf? Just forget about this mythical outdated belief that football is meant to be played on grass and move on.
Yes it is a top 10 STADIUM. I don't think anyone is arguing that. Our facilities are top notch. We are debating the field which is obviously very lackluster.
If they went to field turf tomorrow, I'd be fine with that. But they're not. It's obviously a decision coming down from the coaches/players. As was said earlier, that lawsuit would not prevent them from making a change now. Thus, at that point, somebody would have to show actual evidence to support a change from something the players may actually prefer over the fake stuff. Also, there were complaints of the quality of Arizona's grass field that required last second resodding. And not a turf issue, but there were complaints about how "hot" AT&T stadium was last night and how it contributed to some dehydration issues (which seems like a bigger deal than anecdotal turf stuff).
List the stadiums it has more prestige than? My metric was cost to build or history. I mean a semi-nip compared to say The Ice Bowl doesn't really compare. "One of the most prestigious" means at least top five to me. You can feel free to redefine that as top 15 which by definition is average.

The next question will be "will that Astroturf be on a tray system also" because the Fieldturf they use for college and HS games are also on a tray system. The tray system is what's the problem, with it's gaps and lines.
