In the last two season Davis has had a total of 11 catches for 203 yards. I would call him a decent #4. We still need to find a #2 somewhere.

Ginn is 10th on the depth chart, according to Kiper. Seems perfect for me...solves the #2 problem in a heartbeat.

Not sure what to think about this signing. This guy had some tremendous production his first few seasons and then just feel completely off the map but considering our current situation at WR, just about any signing is welcome.

What makes Ginn so much better then Davis to be worth the 10th pick. I dont see Ginn as much more then a deep threat and punt returner, and thats exactly what we just signed for a fraction of the cost and no draft pick.

Great signing.... I saw "Davis" in the thread title and said to myself "Oh, I hope it's Andre!"

I remember that 2002 year, he was a WW special in fantasy football. Hopefully he can make this a bounce back year and be productive for us.

Another solid move by the staff. If he can stay healthy, he is fast and cuts pretty well. His ypc is really good. I remember when Joe Horn went to no, people didn't know anything about him either. I just hope Davis can stay healthy.

this reminds me of the Walter acquisition last season. a "solid" move that didn't mean jack.

Agreed. If you wanted something to complain about then you could have pointed to his 2 (and only 2) TD catches last year. His signing means that jerome Mathis' days here could be coming to an end.
