Jennings got 14 million for four years with 3 million guaranteed.

Andre Brown was only 645,000 for 1 year.

Pretty simple...Jennings signed a 4 year, 14 million dollar deal and Brown signed a deal less than 700k.

Jennings will be competing to be the starting running back in NY....Brown will be competing to be the back up running back in Houston.

Would make zero sense for the Texans to spend on Jennings.

Because we still have Arian Foster on the team getting paid buku bucks, and Rashad Jennings signed a $14m deal to compete for the starting spot in New York.

Holy crap, great deal. Jennings put up some numbers but he's not that good, very low ceiling player. Just watch him play, he's nothing special.

Definitely a good signing on the cheap.

If he can stay on the field this is a steal, we'll see. I vividly remember him dropping 75 fantasy points on me about a year ago. He runs rough and tough I just hope he holds up

Whoa this is great, I had Andre Brown on my fantasy team last year. When he played, he PRODUCED. This guy could start on a number of teams.

Good signing... he may seem like a journeyman based on number of teams and yards last year, but his numbers before last year look good and the reaction from Giants fans seem to make him look like a good addition.

Andre Brown > Donald Brown when healthy.

Andre Brown at $645k or Donald Brown at 3 year, $10.5 million/$4 million guaranteed

We got a steal ladies and gentlemen. Also gives you more flexibility on when to draft a RB this draft.

He played 8 games last year, if you double his stats, he would have been at 1,000 yards rushing, 400 yards receiving and 6 TDs.

I like that he seems to be another RB with a nose for the endzone. When he finally became relevant for the giants, he was scoring td's in bunches.

So, Brown vs. Tate: upgrade, downgrade, lateral move?

Downgrade, nothing significant though. Both are injury prone.
Value for the money? Probably Brown, but Tate's deal was structured nicely for Cleveland.

Probably a lateral move, Tate is nothing special.
