Texans schedule dictates a division title: Game by game predictions

    What other quarterback was he going to start? baby vince? The Texans won four more games than the previous year and had an amazing draft. In what universe was 2006 "flushed away"???

    Good God man, it's been three years. Seriously. You tell me what other options were there. Should have sat DC on the bench? Well as a matter of fact he did, but then Rosenfumble got hurt.

    When Ric calls this kind of stuff "revisionist history", he's not that far off.

    Well, the brain stem is actually where involuntary muscles are controlled (among other things, I'm sure). Reason and perception occur in the cortex. So, it actually would require *more* than a brain stem to see that David Carr "had a big fork stuck in him and was done." And you know what else? A ton of people: fans, NFL analysts, NFL execs, and NFL players, were wrong at that time about DC. So I guess a lot of us lacked brain stems.

    ...except Mario freaking Williams.

    excuse me. what does david carr have to do with this thread? its supposed to be about predicting wins/losses for the year. man, talk about derailing a thread. :rolleyes:
