I can't tell you how disappointed I am, a sad day for me and my family. The porous Texan's secondary continues.
Everything Rick has said since the beginning of the offseason is that they want to keep Jjo and Kareem a tandem for a few more years. I would expect a contract re-work with a couple years added on for Jjo, unless they plan on targeting a CB round 1 in the draft.

Can't believe I actually beat J.R. I'm pretty sure that qualifies me for instant Hakeem status upgrade  .
You do understand he's one of the better corners in the league, right? What our secondary needs are safeties. Or starting 2 CBs are amongst the top duos in the NFL. Our safeties are on the other hand, complete trash. And we've seem to have found good depth at the third spot with a couple of rookies. We'll be good.

He actually doesn't get beat all that much, but when he does it's usually for big. That also isn't totally on him when our safeties can't outrun a tortoise. He was mis-used for most of his career under Wade. RAC's system plays to Kareem's strengths a helluva lot better. I expect an even bigger jump from him next year.
Called that price tag the entire off-season. Just glad he didn't hit FA or it would of probably hit a minimum of 10 mil.
4 years, $34MM... $20MM guaranteed. Hopefully Crennel realizes that Kareem is a great boundary corner that has no business being in the slot. Put Morris or Rolle in the slot.
