I also don't think that they should worry about the NFC. Step one is coming out of the division at least at .500, and that means being ready week 1. We've watched some bad week 1's here the last few seasons.
Here's my recipe for success. Split with the Colts and the Titans. Beat the Jags both times. 4-2 within the division. Go 3-1 against the NFC and we're golden.
Going under the assumption that we stay healthy I'm going with an 11- 5 or even 12 -4 regular season. I say this despite....... An absolutely brutal schedule The lack of quality depth at RB. NO short yardage/redzone RB And a lack of faith in Kubiak I'm convinced this defense is on it's way to dominating games for 4 quarters and turning into a monster. Combine that with an offense who should just about move the ball up and down the field at will.(between the twenties) Our talent level is obviously at an all time high and it should show in our regular season record. Where I have my doubts is the playoffs. I see us rolling into the postseason and then losing to someone we should beat due to Gary's sideline act.
