But seriously, there is one positive thing out of this signing.

Yes Earl Thomas could be washed up like Ed Reid too.

But he is famous on one thing in this career, he hit hard, legally or illegally.

Unlike these current p*****s in the Texan roaster, at least we got someone that can tackle people.

Earl is a champion and a winner. He has seen great coaching staffs and he isn't somebody who will just suck up to the coaches. If anything, I hope he starts a locker room mutiny and gets players to turn against BoB which will get him fired more quickly. If Earl does that, I will donate to that gofundme as he deserves that statue in front of NRG stadium.

Anyone who wasn’t interested in this signing the second the Ravens released him is a fool. Hall of fame talent doesn’t grow on trees

Pancakes is a absolutely insufferable. Guy has zero insight on the team and just spews out stuff that is wrong 9/10 times.

I wouldn’t mind bringing in Reid because this team has nothing to lose. But he was simply not good last season. Earl Thomas, if his head on straight, is a much better player than Reid. And yes it is a big if.

this franchise is a joke. Earl Thomas is "Texan Worthy"??? LOL

self preservation is cringe inducing when it makes you go against your own professed moral compass. SMH how can you take OBrien and company seriously?

OH and Earl Thomas is done as a football player. There is a reason he is still on the market, but watch OBrien sign him to a big deal and then Weaver will just put him out at corner back while Cal McNair stays eating chicken mcnuggets floating around the heated pool at his house wondering what he will have for dinner that night.

Earl not being on a team has more to do with his personality issues than his play. He was easily one of the best safeties last season.

maybe. I dont think he has the wheels left to play top notch safety, but I guess through default of the ridiculously bad talent on the defense he would be an "upgrade" as long as he doesnt punch one of his teammates in the mouth or gets caught in another orgy by his wife and have her go Goodfellas on him and pistol whip him in the process!

    2020 just keeps on giving!

Antonio Brown HAS to be next then right? He was one of the "best WRs" before he went crazy. Even off his meds he'd be better than every other WR we have currently (and for a fraction of the price!! lol)

Getting ass chin fired would supersede any draft pick(s). Hell, I would give up all our picks for him to get booted.

I am sick and tired of the Texans wanting to be the good guys. Were Ray Lewis's Ravens the good guys? We're the Cowboys championship teams the good guys? Heck with it. Sign Thomas, Brown, trade for OBJ. Maybe we need a little craziness on this team.
