DD isn’t a troll, he’s just always posting. I wouldn’t call the other two trolls either but they are opinionated and won’t back down. Similar to Scarface. I’m fine going back and forth or even being a little ugly. But the race baiting stuff gets old to me. No matter what the race is. It’s also why I stay out of the debate forums, absolute shenanigans there.
So you believe Stroud has no chance because he's never been in the NFL post season. Or played multiple years? I'm talking about RIGHT NOW.
I'm obviously just going off what I've been told and brief observations. I don't know any of these people. Dakota seems to have a weird anger towards Jalen Green. Someone also told me he used to be obsessed with KPJ. That might not be accurate though. I heard from multiple people that Bobbythegreat is the biggest troll on the forum. I only had a brief interaction with Sam Fisher and he was trolling. @Hemingway (who is a great poster from what I've seen) alerted me to him. I went through all the sub forums and the worst seemed to be the d@d. That place is awful
Sam is weird. I don’t get his schtick, kinda crotchety. DD and Bobby were big KPJ fans and can’t accept they were wrong about him and hate on Green because of it. I wouldn’t call it trolling as much as prideful sin. Could border on trolling with how much they do it. Hemingway is a great poster. Positive. Most on this forum are great, I’ve been a part of making it bad because I get baited by a couple to argue. Not my best I admit.
So you disqualify CJ because of his sample size and not his play. OK. We know where you are coming from.
Since I was responding to Burrows and Allen comps, I didn't consider Mahomes who I would out just BEHIND C J.
No, I’m not discounting CJ. Why does that even come up? I think he has an argument for MVP in his rookie season. But one season doesn’t make him better than the guys that have been doing that for multiple seasons. We’re not talking about the same things apparently, you’re talking about single season im talking about sustained play. If CJ does what he’s doing this year, next year he deserves to be in the top 2-3 rankings.
That makes sense. I don't understand why anyone would like KPJ as he's always been a garbage human being but to each their own. I especially don't understand what he has to do with Jalen Green. Oh well. I like the community. Definitely glad I joined
Ok, we’re going to disagree. Nothing more to talk about. CJ is having a great rookie season. But he’s not better than Mahomes, Allen or Burrow-yet.
You don't necessarily have to be the best player in the league to be MVP in my eyes. There's a few games left anyway. Stroud could end up blowing every other QBs stats away, and have less interceptions than all of the top QBs. Even better, we could win some playoff games or the Superbowl. Anything's possible. The Browns are a perfect example of a team who can win many games without "Creep Boy" but the Texans would definitely not be doing well without CJ. Our offensive line and defense aren't as good as some of the other teams, but CJ's been working his magic. I don't care who did this or that last year or the last two years. Let's see who has the best stats by the end of the season. I vote Stroud MVP.
I think there’s a difference between better season and better player. Stroud continues what he’s doing he will be both.
There is no team in the NFL that consistently craps all over the optimism of its fans like the Texans do. It's uncanny.
Yeah and the talk is come on out and pack the stadium out. Well... slow down. We are still rebuilding. Don't get too pumped up.
Not gonna lie, Herbert shouldn’t be too 5. What has he shown? Stroud broke most of his rookie records. He throws it to Keenan Allen a lot, but he misses open receivers, and can’t win enough games.. Burrow and Allen are still at the top tho.
