I won't believe this is real because this would be amazing. Houston doesn't have nice things.

I have no real opinion on the renovation or who should pay, but I hate that ‘visitors pay’ narrative. Tax dollars come in from a lot of places, and they go out to a lot of places. Saying “this particular source does/doesn’t pay for that particular usage” is just a shell game. If HCHSA didn’t use the taxes from hotels and cars, some other government spending would - the two are not directly connected in any meaningful way. It’s the same with ‘lottery proceeds go to school funding’ - a disingenuous shell game.

    OK, macroeconomic rant over.

Not great news for us. We need the Colts to continue investing in AR as their franchise QB.

It's a funny stat when you see how it hasn't stopped some of the best teams from winning.

How is Hunter an alternate? He should have made the first pass

His metrics look good. Also, think about other LT's in the AFC... does anyone jump out at you besides Stanley (BAL) or maybe Slater (LAC)?

People that play against Tunsil think more highly of Tunsil than posters on this MB do. Once Patterson took over at center the false starts we're cut way down and once Tunsil got in game shape, over his ankle injury he played very well despite what fans thought. Truth is the Texans need more people to play at Tunsil s level and the ol would be fine.

Indeed. The last owner to self finance a new stadium was Stan Kroenke who is a billionaire. Cal is going to need to grill a LOT more burgers in order to pull that off.
