Never said he will be best in nfl. That’s Mahomes/Burrow IMO but Young will definitely be a franchise qb. Just wait and enjoy the show this fall.
Yall are assuming Texans aren't reaching out to these talents Texans need to continue to fix their image before we attract quality talent
People around here seem to believe there is some free agency rule where if the Texans offer a player a contract they must sign it. If the Texans do not; then and only then can they sign with another team.

So either a) you're comparing Williams/Maye to Burrow/Mahomes to be the best in the NFL; or b) we shouldn't draft a QB next year
I do believe these guys are better than anybody in this QB class. I've got 1.Williams 1A. Maye 2. McCarthy. Although this can change.
Especially since they could've been Texans for around the same amount of money that Ryans/Caserio spent in FA so far this year. If after today you told me the Texans had added Ridgeway/Edwards/Edmunds then I would be singing their praises. Instead they signed a bunch of street level FA's to about the same amount of money that Edwards/Edmunds cost.
