Along the lines of resetting old classics: Here come the Texans, burning with desire Here come the Texans, breathing battle red fire Here come the Texans, exploding off the line Here come the Texans, they'll get you every time Goooooooo, goooooooo Texans...:grin:

I've posted NFL videos in the past and had them taken down, the one that wasn't taking down is this clip I used to test my HD-PVR recorder. I think it hasn't been taken down because I included the following disclaimer in the description. Your mileage may vary. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsFgG-V12Zk
Personally I think that just makes them even more pissed as you're clearly trying to game the system. I'd just put a disclaimer about not owning the film and call it a day. I did the same thing with a Mythbusters video that has been up over a few years. There are plenty of NFL videos on YouTube, so they aren't using an algorithm to track them like they do music videos. Obviously, you don't want to put ads on a video you don't own either (if it gets enough views)... that's against YouTube's ToS anyway, and they warn you of that.
