Another LDN move! Nick is.not getting paid $300k, $400k or $500k, he is getting paid MILLIONS! You do not trade a #2 pick for a WR and turn around and give him a 1yr contract.....STUPID MOVE.

He is making too much money to blow picks.

    #2 for Diggs
    #1 for Kenyon Green

So you are wanting to get rid of Nick because he hasn’t batted 1.000?

Yep, Nick is supposed to be a Swami and know when players are going to be injured in the future. Diggs had no previous injury history. I'm the guy that wanted Caserio to pick BTJ, but I dont blame Caserio for Diggs. I'm guessing HLMB didn't like the Caserio hire to begin with.

If I went through ALL of Nick's mistakes, especially those before Demeco came, I would be happy with 50%

    But here you go, just to name a few;

    1) Fail trade for Anthony Miller
    2) Fail trade for Marcus Cannon
    3) Fail extension for Brandon Cooks
    4) Fail #1 draft pick Kenyon Green
    5) Fail #2 draft pick John Metchie
    6) Fail #2 draft pick Juice Scruggs(still time)

I could keep going but my I have an appointment

    1. lost late rd pick taking a flier on a guy
2.lost a late rd pick taking a flier on a guy.

So the 1st to examples dont really matter. Did you like the late rd fliers he took on Mixon and CJG? Sometimes you hit, sometimes you miss, no big deal.

Cooks was supposed to set the example for guys like Nico, that's why he was extended. Cooks flaked out and Caserio traded him. Cooks was an Easterby guy. Once Easterby was out, then Cooks was out in short order.

Green- Fail, Lovie wanted Green, Caserio should've told him no.

Metchie- fail, glad you knew the man was going to get cancer. BTW, I wanted Pickens.

Scruggs- fail, reached for a need at center and failed. Hopefully Scruggs can stay healthy and win the LG spot. He actually looked pretty good at the end of last year. TBD.

With your Psychologist? Still time for Metchie after beating CANCER. One year is NOT ENOUGH. Can't make Cooks come back if he doesn't want to. Green was a miss and Scruggs has time in a different environment.

I think you're just a bit jaded for a reasonable evaluation.

Like I said, Nick is 50% at best. And in any world, 50% is not successful. He really didn't start having draft success until Demeco became the HC

I'm not saying he should have a 70%- 80% hit rate but 50% does not spell a successful GM. Nick is 5yrs in and the OL is still subpar.

And Metchie was coming off an injury when Nick drafted him, that's why I said it was a questionable draft pick.

And the ULTIMATE questionable.move is throwing away a #2 pick on Diggs, when he was on a 2yr contract, he turns it into a 1yr contract and now we need WRs.....Not a smart move

For you to make that comment, you must have some knowledge of seeing a Psychologist. And if you still think Metchie has potential, you need to keep seeing him.

You forgot he gave a #2 draft pick for Diggs and restructured his contract so he can leave after 1yr.

    So, basically he's threw away a #2 draft.pick. SMH

I just don't like the general tenor of people insisting on being upset these days and I do think it's more psychological than realistic. As for Metchie and other cancer survivors, getting back to life and playing at an elite level are totally different time frames.

But those who insist on being mad at the players and coaches are not that different than me being mad at the sour pusses and p*****s.

He got half a season playing at the level expected. But injuries are always part of the risk. He did NOT have a history when signing Diggs, but you could have made that comment when he signed Collins to his extension when the gamble paid off.

My opinion of psychologist is just above my opinion of doomers when my teams are in the chase. The opportunity for optimism is RARE so take full advantage when you can.

If I came across angry, I'm not, I'm disappointed! Think of it like this, last yr we traded a #2 pick a WR. From that transaction, as of today, we don't have any thing to show for a #2 draft pick.

At least when Bill O'Brien traded for Tunsil, we got him to sign an extension.

I'm sorry about how I came across as well, but listening to 610 gets my blood boiling at times. I don't care if he was a third rate QB, he has an attitude problem and a defeatist personality.

Even though this didn't work out for us I am glad he took a chance on Diggs, I thought he was a class act but was underutilized by the OC..........I hope he does well and burns the Bills twice a year, I don't think the Pats are ready just yet but with Vrabel they could turn it around quickly, just not sure it's this year. With all that said I think the Pats overpaid for basically a year guarantee of $23 million but they have a ton of cap space and can spend it

I think CJ and WAJ were a direct result of Demeco. I'm not totally discounting Nick, Im just saying since Demeco has been here, his draft picks and trades have gotten a lot better. Whereas, beforehand it was 50/50 at best.
