Such as? Mixon is no Barkley but he's better than Singletary. The grass is always greener on the other side I guess.
Certainly not condoning what he did but it's funny that part always gets left out. He was a stupid kid and made a extremely stupid decision. People can change Imo.
Yeah I forgot she spit and slapped on him but when it was mentioned the incident came back to me. She initiated the physical contact. A man should be able to control himself from a push by a woman, even if just 18 yo because that's happened to me when I didn't choose one of these 304s while attending UH and I just kept walking. I didn't think about shoving her to the ground Article that timelines those events: https://www.sbnation.com/college-fo...72/joe-mixon-arrest-suspension-video-oklahoma
Wouldn’t people who attend MAGA rallies be in favor of Mixon? You know, harrasing people of the LBGT community, putting women in their place and establishing ones Alpha male dominance.
Well sh_t, I'd hoped he'd matured since 2014 incident. Demeco and Caserio need to bring his arse in and have the talk about what it means to be part of the Texans organization. I can see why we're still looking for RB depth. Crap...
He was one of Cincys Captains, so certainly he has changed and grown into a man. Either way, its a one year deal for the Texans and at a low cost at that. So, if anything they can cut their losses in one year or even midyear. I dont think that will happen, as I see him being a good and very productive fit.
You know what is disgusting? Bringing up politics in the Texan forum. Leave your bulls*** views in the political forum clown. Not here for that.
I typically am in favor of that, and that was a one time post, but if you know, you know. It was warranted. The dude doesn't post in the Texans forum ever. Came in here specifically for that purpose. If someone like that is the type of fan we lose, then we're better for it.
Unfortunately violence against women remains a major problem in some demographic communities. Low IQ + high testosterone + impulsivity often leads to violence and crime. It’s a societal challenge that continues to vex us.
Alright, we're having a great offseason. Let's keep political opinions out of this sub forum. It ruins it for everyone
Off the field stuff aside, one thing I do like about Mixon is that he has only fumbled 6 times in his career, in over 1500 carries. So the dude takes care of the ball. The last time the guy put the ball on the ground was in 2021. Edit: Actually, he has 3 fumbles in 1500+ carries. And he has 3 fumbles on receptions (283 total receptions).
