The Chiefs and Ravens games will be a good test and tease for the playoffs. At least that late in the season the Texans should have everything clicking. We'll find out if there's a huge gap in the top tier teams in the AFC or if the Texans should be included on that list.
Christmas Day is on a wednesday this year. Dude needs to fix his tweet. Edit: I guess we rolling on a Wednesday
The NFL absolutely crushed the NBA last Christmas by selecting FOX and ESPN. Experimenting with Netflix is a huge mistake, IMO, but it's something they feel is necessary to try (esp since Netflix outbid everyone for the two games). Down the line, I think the NFL will officially mark their territory on Christmas Day by going to 3 games on standard TV and cable.
Hell yea, this will be a good game and we get them early while C Williams is still learning...............Prime Time !!!
That is one hell of a week, even a full week is brutal with these 2 teams but to do it in a 5 day period is really tough...........I hope we looking good going into that stretch......................I can hear the call now a few weeks prior JJ - we need ya brotha
I suspect those final two weeks for us is less about playoff implications and more about who’s gonna win MVP. The NFL is gonna be milking the whole ‘who should win MVP’ angle and it insures the top teams dont sit out their star QBs with the MVP race in play.
That would give the Cowboys a very short 2 weeks before a Thursday thanksgiving game. So 3 games in 11 days unless they have a bye in between (which makes sense, i guess).
That will be insanely awful if that happens. 21st is a Saturday, why is there a Saturday game that week?
Damn Texans got a big primetime slate, they better not **** the bed. Sunday Night Football against Lions, MNF against Cowboys, Christmas against Ravens, TNF against Jets, TNF against Bears and a Saturday game against Chiefs. Phew boy.
They do that every year. the teams that play Christmas day also play the saturday before (max rest). Ravens will be in same boat Also it looks like we play dolphins the week before Chiefs, so Miami, KC, then BAL . gonna see where we stand in the AFC
