Look at the other young coaches in the NBA now, Doc Rivers, Byron Scott, they have done good, why not give Terry a shot?
I like how Doc Rivers, Byron Scott and Isiah Thomas get mentioned as good head coaches, despite not really doing anything of note. It's a silly risk to take to hire a coach without previous coaching experience.
