    He should have played more here, but actions speak louder than words, and Twill was clearly slacking off when he played.

    Guys like Twill who are very cocky and have a "i'm too good for this" attitude usually need to be challenged and pushed by guys they respect, who will call them out. We didn't really have guys like that here. The environment counts for a lot. You see what is going on in LA, guys like Nash and Kobe can go toe to toe with dwight, rather than just keep quiet or cryptic. Pierce, KG, and doc are a great influence on Williams.
