Yeah, it does kind of make you think... If Terrence couldnt make it with two respected, seasoned NBA coaches, one of them being a Hall-of-Famed "players" coach, how is he going to do with whoever the Rockets bring in whether it be Frank, Casey, or McHale?

This guy feels more and more like JR Rider every day, just a guy who doesn't have the maturity level to ever realize his potential, and needs someone to mentor him....

If T-Will's problems were incorrigible, I'm sure that Morey and co would not have traded for him. The Rox are known to put a great emphasis on character. Also, I think that Courtney Lee would've had some say if he was a cancer.

More than likely, T Will is just misunderstood and needs the right environment and time to mature.

Mid season trades are hard for even veterans. We will see what he brings to the table next season.

The guy is 24 years old. Which is pretty much a seasoned veteran by NBA standards. Morey and Co. stated multiple times that they were going to judge him by his conduct starting Houston, meaning the reports most likely were not positive.

However, you can take that as you will. They knew what they were getting when they took Terrence, but with a slew of draft picks from 2011, 2012, and 2013 especially, they were willing to give up a top 15 protected pick on the roll of the dice.

T-Will has too much ego and is a douche, but seems like a good guy off the court. He actually seems to be even thoughtful and well-spoken at the interviews.

    Rider on the other hand...

    - He was found to be insubordinate towards Timberwolves management, and was involved in an incident in which he kicked the female manager of a sports bar for which he ultimately was convicted of fifth-degree assault.

    - Just before the trade Rider was arrested for mar1juana possession. At the time of his arrest he also had an illegal cell phone; it had been altered to charge calls to someone else's bill. He was later convicted of misdemeanor mar1juana possession, and pleaded no contest to possessing the illegal cell phone. Three weeks later, he was arrested for gambling in public back in Oakland.

    - On October 30, 1996, he was cited for, and subsequently convicted of, possession of less than an ounce of mar1juana. He also was suspended for a total of 12 games in three years, including a three-game suspension for spitting at a heckler.

    - But while Rider played well enough on the basketball floor, pacing the Hawks in scoring, his off-court incidents exploded in Atlanta: arrests; quarrels with management; parking in the reserved space at Philips Arena belonging to Atlanta Thrashers head coach, Curt Fraser; missing practices, etc. After reports that he had smoked mar1juana in an Orlando hotel room, the league demanded that he attend drug counseling. He refused and was fined a total of $200,000 until he agreed to attend.

    - In January 2006 Rider was arrested on kidnapping charges in Marin City, California, for taking a female friend in his car against her will. He was charged with domestic violence and ordered to stay out of Marin City. Despite this court order, he was spotted in the area a few weeks later. A Marin County sheriff's deputy confronted him, and while fleeing Rider hit another car. He was arrested in Alameda County in late 2006, and transferred to the Marin County jail after three judges in that county issued bench warrants against him. In February 2007 Rider pleaded guilty to several charges, including felony cocaine possession and evading an officer. He was sentenced to seven months in jail, 120 hours community service and three years probation. He also was required to complete a drug education program. At sentencing Rider admitted to a longstanding problem with mar1juana, admitted that he had also begun lacing it with cocaine.
On January 6, 2008, Rider was arrested again, this time in Berkeley, California, after a confrontation with a taxi driver; he was free at the time on a no-bail warrant for unlawful firearm possession and separate $5,000 warrant for grand theft issued by the Oakland Police Department.
On March 5, 2008, Rider was arrested and was......................................

Pretty much. Rider's biggest problem was his drug use.

William's biggest concern, as far as we know, is his sometimes inappropriate tweeting. Two completely different ballparks.
