1. He was sent to the D-League for disciplinary purposes where he averaged a triple double in 3 games. Clearly he is too good to have even stepped foot on a D-League court.
2. Avery Johnson is a d-bag for a coach. He makes JVG look like a player's coach.

4. He isn't just a dunker. He is an elite passer and defender.

I would assume that we had to use a trade exception in this trade to make it work. Is there any news on which TE we used and how much?

 

Because the dude is multi-dimensional unlike the majority of our roster. He has the talent and skills to be an all-star, unlike most of our players.

 

It was the TE we got in the David Anderson deal. Roughly ~$2.2M

same thing they said about Dorell Wright, Brandon Wright, Ariza(remember him)....most of these guys drafted in the in 10-20 range are what they are...scoring machines in college that gets a reality check in the pros...

I can't wait to see what Williams can do. I get the feeling he's going to be a pleasant surprise, much like Lowry was when he first joined the team.

But with Brooks coming off the injury list, there is going to be a massive logjam at the guard/wing positions. Hard to see how Adelman's going to find time for Williams.
