If Jones could learn to hit the 3 with consistency and we could get more consistent PG play we would be a very dangerous team.

Everytime we draft a promising pf, they end up getting injured as soon as they start having productive games. Landry, Patterson, hopefully jones breaks this cycle.

Freak that, I don't want him to become too comfort ale shooting the perimeter shot like Patterson did. I like him playing close to the basket and cutting like he does.

Jones is just becoming dominant. I went to the game in New Orleans last week and was just blown away by his effort there.

The game the other night was the same. Jones appears to be well above average or above average in the follow categories (to me at least): Shot blocking, ball handling (size considered), finishing at the rim, rebounding (especially and mostly offensive at this point).

This guy is 21 years old. He has size, length, athleticism. I think there is a higher chance of him becoming our 3rd star than either Parsons or Lin (just IMO).

The only thing that he sucks at is the 3 ball and he has at least had stretches where he had success there.

I stuck with him on my fantasy team and he's been money...double-double with a few blocks, decent FG%.

To have Jones and Howard on the floor at the same time you need Jones to be able to hit the 3 and create space for guys like Harden and Lin to drive. Since Jones has been in the starting line-up Lin's numbers have suffered - i wonder if that has to do with the lack of interior space.

Or here is a crazy thought, maybe our PG, SG, and SF need to shoot 3 pointers at a respectable enough clip to open up things more inside for our two big guys and keep defenders from sagging off of them and packing the paint. Almost everybody on this team that is supposed to be good shooters are failing miserably including the ones that were brought in to do nothing but shoot like Casspi and Garcia and they are getting wide open looks and bricking them. You do not need to go 4 out on offense in order to space the floor. This is fallacy and Terrence Jones has a higher offensive rating than Patterson, Morris, and Delfino did last year. Our true outside shooters need to step up. That would provide all the necessary spacing. It's funny how we have grown to expect our PF to shoot 3 pointers like our point guards and wing players. Soft, jump shooting, no rebounding power forwards and so many people seem to want one of those.

Despite our woeful showing from behind the arc this year, the offense is producing at the same offensive efficiency as last year so there is room to be encouraged as one would assume that the shooting can only go up from here...hopefully.

Tjones is developing into a solid PF. We don't need to look elsewhere to get where we need to go. The talent we have is enough to win it all. The key factor is a head coach to maximize the output of current talents.

Houston is 16-3 when T-Jones scores 11 or more ... and 10-10 when he doesn't.

We had James Johnson on our RGV team and didn't call him. We kept the 65 yr old Franciso Garcia and James is not playing with Memphis. He would have been an awesome or 3 on the Rockets! We need a player like him to backup Chandler.

I would only trade Jones for Love or LaMarcus period. So if a Jones, Asik, and Lin can get either of them I'm down. Other's Millsap and his contract can stay in the ATL. Jones rebounding and block shot capabilities are astounding.
