so why are people just assuming Jones is guilty? pretty sure that's not how it is supposed to work.

Maybe you should come to the real world then. Hopefully what's reported is wrong, it's hard to judge him until you know all of the facts but it's not ok to stomp on a helpless person. If the guy was grabbing his leg or something why he was walking by that's one thing but if he was sleeping like reported then TJ is a dumbass and needs to grow up fast.

Not presume guilty. Its call passing judgement base on information on hand. My opinion can change if new counter information surface.

Rules changed over the past couple months.

It is "guilty until proven innocent" now.

Screw this guy. 21 year old millionaire with everything picking on a sleeping man who has nothing. Seriously think about that for a minute. Sick ****ing b*stard can go to Hell as far as I'm concerned.

Sigh. A police sergeant observed the activity. And arrested him. Having some background in law it is unlikely anyone will challenge him. CU Mr. Jones.

OK OK, he's already in Portland. Let him stay there, throw in Asik and 1st rounder and send Aldridge our way and we'll call it good.

    He said, she said.....

In situations like these I generally favor the person who hasn't been drinking,
and in this case also happens to be a police officer!

Exactly my thoughts. Maybe he should work in a soup kitchen for 1 yr or set up a charity to help the homeless.

Way to rep yourself and your employer- jack ass

Hopefully Jones will be gone. I would feel a little dirty rooting for a team that employed such a jackass. Kobe I held in high esteem until he ... Now Kobe is just an anal MF.
