Yeah, kinda crazy...If he did ingest all those pills, eh wouldn't be at a new conference...Kind of a circus atmosphere with Michael Irvin and DSanders at his place... I don't think he tried to committ suicide, but man, what a distraction...
The suicide angle came from T.O.'s answer to the police about his intending to harm himself. When he answered "yes", that was taken as a sign that he'd tried to take his own life. Take a look at the original police report: The firestorm hit when WFAA reported the story with the "tried to take his own life" phrase which everyone interpreted as an attempt at suicide. In this instance, the DPD officers were merely reporting what they saw and were told.
