I know, I'm amazed. Seriously though, I used to feel like that about players and I still joke around about how I hate opposing players, but MadMax shared a story with me recently that really changed the way I view sports figures and what not. Basically, we have no idea who these people really are. Unless ESPN is following them 24 hours a day unedited and uncut (and I won't be surprised if that's coming soon), then we as sports fans really have no idea what guys like T.O. are really about. I can't dislike them as much as I want when they're on the playing field, but I will always have sympathy for people I don't know when dealing with situations like this.
Now they're worried about whether he'll make the Eagles game. Who cares if this is really about his health?
Was this before or after he went back in time and betrayed Jesus? Or when he put the Iceberg in the Titanic's path? I'm pretty sure this was after he was the gunman on the Grassy Knoll.
103.3 in Dallas just reported that T.O. is already back on the practice field and "threw catch" with Bledsoe around a half hour ago... NOT the case of a suicide attempt IMO. WAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy overblown stroy.... looks like.
Is he really at Valley Ranch running sprints? I'm not saying he attempted suicide, or had a reaction, but the fact that he's out there working out less than 24 hours of whatever happened is just strange.
The bottom line of sports is the wins and the losses. If people didn't care if their teams won or lost then no one would care that TO is having problems..
bledsoe says "if he's able to practice tomorrow and friday, he'll be ready to go" against the titans on sunday, and for sure ready for philly.
Apparently you missed the raging discussion that went on in the Rockets forum about Eddie Griffin's "depression" after he was jailed for taking potshots at his girlfriend. Of course, if I was in jail, I'd be "depressed" as well...
Dude, read the police report. That's what started the firestorm. Hey! Wanna bet that Team Owens pins the blame for all this on the media?
Everybody who watched the X-Files knows that the "Smoking Man - CBG Spindler - was the gunman on the grassy knoll...
TO says it was not a suicide attempt ... I still think he has mental issues that he better work through.
agreed.... i dont think suicide was the motive, and i'll buy the alergic reaction this lady kim though, his publicist, she's makin stuff up... she keeps looking up, which people say means you're making stuff up.
