I was reading the racial undertone thread and found this one- I rarely watch all of the Slams so I had to watch the point over and over and read a recap to get to the bottom of why she was yelling in the first place. at first I thought a ref made a late "let" call from the serve and Serena was mad they had to do the first serve over. but that wasn't the case at all.

she got a bit ahead of herself with what would have been a forehand winner.

yelling like that in the middle of the opponents shot is completely bad form. she got caught up in the moment of competition. that's a fierce competitor at the elite level right there.

that's just tennis etiquette but at the highest level like that I don't know if they should have given Stosur the point or replay it as a let. apparently, they made the right call.

she reacted like an absolute baby. she was wrong on all counts. she had lost her first set of the tournament and was beginning to unravel. her opponent had already taken her out of her mental game and her true personality came out instantly- that of a nasty unappreciative superstar. she should be embarassed for bringing up her prior outburst and being wrong about the umpire in question.

    in other words, "unattractive inside"

Djokovic is the man. Only Federer stands a chance against him. He's winning all around

Yea they have an interesting triangle going on. Ferder seems to be able to beat Novak(altough this time he had it all going, but that one shot was able to make novak change the momentum, but he still matches up well with him). Novak really has Nadal's number, and nadal really has federer's number

    Lifetime records:

Nadal 16 - 13 Djokovic (Djokovic has won the last 6)
Nadal 17 - 8 Federer (Nadal has won the last 4)
Federer 14 - 10 Djokovic (Djokovic has won 4 of the last 5)

More than a triangle, you have a passing of the torch from Fed to Nadal to Djok.
